The original assertion was "This isn’t a “Pink sheet stock”, which isn't the same as a Pink Company as OTCMarkets defines them. It's their marketplace so they can obviously define their own market tiers. ALL pink sheet stocks are unlisted. The term originated by the use of literal pink sheets carrying the names of unlisted companies.
