The original assertion was "This isn’t a “Pink sheet stock”, which isn't the same as a Pink Company as OTCMarkets defines them. It's their marketplace so they can obviously define their own market tiers.
ALL pink sheet stocks are unlisted. The term originated by the use of literal pink sheets carrying the names of unlisted companies. OTCMarkets avoids using the term pink sheet companies but that's what all OTC companies, including this one, are.

Do you not agree?

I'm not questioning the truth of what the Company is saying. I just don't understand it. Quit whining and explain it.
