yes, they have a formula where for munitions the can design the barrels of rifles, pistols ,mortors ,cannons, machineguns, etc, anything that does repeitive firing..that it heats up the barrel. It will make is so that the barrel will last much longer before it fails thus extending its life. This same principle will also work for medical devices in that whatever is implanted in the body, it will extend the life of the device before it fails, increasing the wear. This is my take on it. If this is what is actually taking place it is a cash cow. The govt. could be a big revenue source ahead for the munitions part as well as every arms manafacturer. Also every medical device will want to incorporate this new chemical makeup in its design and it will generate rights for ages to come. There will hardly be any need to expand outwardly as this will really be all you need. No wonder he has Nasdaq in mind.This is going to be a gold mmine.There is also a reduction in weight
