Exactly... we know boxing is not a direct KO...they been dancing and taking jabs... Now the next thing is the kill shot. The KO!!

One of two things ... I think the KO is either

(1) 50 Million Preferred Stock Bought by Carlyle or Wal-Mart

(2) confirmation of massive order that fills the 800 QuikLabs Monthly Capacity for months
