Sorry for the delay just saw your post. I don’t have much more to add but I was just sharing my conversation I had with Roy about Savi and a deal he was told about by serge. He said he also saw a lot of paperwork going back and forth between savi and another company. I don’t have a name of this other company but he said he believed there was an agreement on a merger. If anyone has the name of this company please provide it.

Roy said his wife was getting upset because they weren’t making any money on his investment with serge but was still hopeful. He stated he invested into savi just recently and was in charge of the EMS division but there wasn’t anything promising in that area yet. With regard to the merger he said this process takes about 18 months which should put that timeframe right at the fourth quarter of 2020. So October, November or December 2020 we should hear something if serges comments to Roy are true.

About 3 weeks ago SHawley created four emails to this page stating he was going to give his people a decades worth of money. “ just stay here and look soon” he stated. People in the past have commented that it is Serge but who knows. But it wouldn’t surprise me if it was. I was impressed that it seemed like the post on this board from him had some passion behind the message and that was nice to see for a change. Been waiting for that for a long time. He later had the messages removed along with Jay Smiths comment to prove it.

Serge told me a few years ago that he would never reverse split his stock for his shareholders but Rose stated it was necessary at 2 for 1 , I suggested a buy back and not to hurt the shareholders so we’ll see if this is even true or just another instance where hope fades. That conversation a few years ago was a hypothetical situation if it was to happen and it seems like maybe it’s decision time on that. Until I met Roy I thought this was fraud. I’m not the only one. Hopefully there not playing him.

We have had enough victory laps without a victory so we’ll see if it’s true. If the deal is inked then what are we waiting for unless he wants to announce it on his birthday or play Santa.
