Marjac the company would have to sue Covington for legal malpractice though correct... maybe they can get General Flynn and make it a class action.

But anyway... did you see the link I gave that in cases of breaches of breaches of fidicuiary duty (keeping Kennedy on seems like an open and shut case to me) we can go after personal assets.
