It does not matter what we think the fdic owes us. The settlement between the fdic jpm and WMI was done. Jpm received an additional 600 million in the settlement. The pa&a was settled in 2012. So you can say it till your blue in the face it will not change the only thing left is libor and I don’t see us getting anything.
