Another biotech I unfortunately own, NAVB, had a shareholder revolt - retail owned > 50% of shrs out and they joined forces with their own share then recruited the 'tutes with the largest ownership levels to join the revolt - they then forced out some of the BOD, replaced them with their own choices, who then ousted the CEO. Didn't change a damn thing, actually almost led the company to BK because of huge legal issues associated with firing the BOD and CEO.
