I believe it means either:

A: they will use products from Thomas Scientific to stock/supply the Quiklabs

Or

B: they will build the Quiklabs using diagnostic equipment, etc, from Thomas Scientific

I don't believe it means that only Thomas Scientific will be marketing/selling the Quiklabs
