It’s obvious what Hikma is doing by presenting those numbers but it doesn’t equate to the smoking gun proof of admitting knowledge or intent of infringement nor do they state that this is their own estimate of revenue potential. It’s a sad and dishonest way to tell investors what they feel they will get a lion share of without saying it directly. IMO
