I can stand being corrected but I believe the 1st amendment case involved disseminating factual information to doctors and not to the world via DTC.

Also from my memory of the Adcom it was the FDA that stood with Amarin that day and somebody did something because there were a number of panel members that seemed against Amarin and then bam all of a sudden 16-0

Lets hope for something good to happen soon. Would be 'A First' in AMRN country this year - where this dreadful virus On top of it all - has done so much damage to the complete world - taking economy - jobs - education - you could go on' and on'.
