You and I have gone back and forth on the legal precedent- in the face of positive data or negative data you’ll have to explain why it matters even if there’s a real legal issue(which I don’t see but this doesn’t matter to me).
If 20M is enough we’re wasting time discussing it. If it’s not enough he should reprice the warrants but he hasn’t.
