Nice to see that NSPR hit a New high $0.379 today! The current New Bottom is $0.282. $0.639 was the most recent Top-Ceiling resistance price!

NSPR hit a New high $0.415 this early morning! Why it declined to $0.38 so far? As I can tell there is Endless MM's manipulations here...

Most recently almost all its NASDAQ peers had already bounced 100% at least! Why NSPR has not even bounced 50% to $0.423 yet from its Bottom $0.282?

NSPR should bounce to $0.564 at least to follow its peer's performance...
