How could NSPR crash to $0.452 today from yesterday's high $0.6352 (in pre-market session) without any bad news at all while the USA market created the record highs today?

Anyway I'm holding 1M shares now and I'll add many more shares if NSPR breaks down $0.452 to test its Bottom $0.282 again...
