Well, no. NAK did directly address it as a false and exaggerated interpretation of the direction they received. They were given items to check off for a mitigation plan. They weren't told that the mine is not going to be moving forward which is what the fake news said.

This thing could open up 70 cents higher on just a company PR that the mitigation plan has been submitted.....
