"The "Expert Market" is, after all, just the Greys with electronic execution. As with the Grey Market, there are no published quotes. I'm far more exercised about OTC Markets' new willingness to allow junk stocks to be quoted on an unsolicited basis. They're now attaching a warning to those stocks, but penny players don't read it, and if they did, they wouldn't care.
