Montana@ Your right ! I don't say that judge DU did a great job - 'she did a horrible - very biased - job'.

But I see Law people point out' - that Covington missed important elements that opened the door for DU to 'destroy the patents' !

And in appeal Singer unprepared for the Novo questions. But then most law people at the same time say - nothing would have changed ruling of the 3 CAFC judges. Their mind was made up before entering the courtroom.
