I would guess there have been both casual inquiries and even some firm offers. I do not trust either the CEO or the BOD to follow the law and disclose them. Further, I suspect they discouraged said possible offers. What is needed is a buyer willing to buy it in a hostile fashion OR a buyer willing to go public with their offer. Shareholders would support anything decent.
