What we know.

We know this is patently false:

We know there is a 250mill and 500mill deal on the table per the PR.

It appears this nonsense comes from the 14 July 2020 press release where the PHIL suggests it 'plans to provide up to $200 million...' and goes on to suggest that Hoang Quan Group posses equity capital of $500 million. This PHIL part of course is ridiculous. As is continuing to tout it here.

We know this is true, but it is too restrictive:

No company or organization will give Henry money without a stake in his company is my opinion.

It would be more accurately worded as:No company or organization will give Henry money
