I am also OK with the ambiguity, that said, I have never followed a trial this closely. Have any of us? Has there ever been a trial like this?

IMHO the 8/19 PR stated that almost every bit of the data (99% or so is my read into it) was already locked AND that they were done collecting data (i.e. they had all the data they needed).

Given the year plus it took to put the SAP together why would it take so long to lock the remaining crumbs of data? Its been 3-weeks!

Doesn't the 8/19 PR pretty much tell us all we need to know?

Yes, it could. But I still strongly suspect that data lock will be the next update up to be reported. They've said on numerous occasions that they would announce data lock when they get there, so I think they still intend to do this.

Now it seems LL and Bosch will be presenting on 20 Nov, preceded by LP's presence/speaking on 12 Sep.

Is the above also indication that the data has been locked pending public reporting?

LL's reputation is such that if she indicated to SNO that she'll have the detailed data to present in November, they would trust her word on that. That may have been enough to grant LL that plenary position.

I would say either way, ie, the company will report DL or the company will directly report Topline data bypassing DL announcement, is likely.

I'm sure all longs would agree that top line is what's most important here (as opposed to data lock), so if they go straight to top line, great. It's just that I do think data lock is still in front of us. But I also think the time between the two is likely lessened, and should they announce data lock, hopefully they will at the same time, give us an update on the timing to reach top line.
