Superb?? He got punched in the mouth and was not able to strategically articulate his point back to the judges. Unlucky??? I don't believe "luck" of the draw factors into what transpired that day. If Singer is the best in the country he should have calculated any possible scenario ahead of time.

This letter is great, eight! I disagree with Singer's oral argument performance, which I think even he would admit, was mediocre, but it would not have made a difference with this wretched Panel that did not do the work, and had already made up their mind as to what they were going to do.

But the balance of the letter is excellent. Positive, constructive activism with nothing to lose. Please keep us updated on any response.

Suggest throwing in the fact that Du is an idiot and a liar. Idiot because she assumed studies on patients with one disease were applicable to patients with another. Liar because she said the patent office did not consider Kura (bald face lie).

Sorry for the late response and I don't know if others have mentioned this but Du found/said that infringement was inevitable. Seems she laid the ground work for an injunction.
