yes...the 12th is still WITHIN a 30 day time period...we are right on track IMO...

I think that was just a cut and paste from the last news. 30 days is just jargin IMHO. Could come at any time and when it does, this will fly.

The original LOI was signed on 12/12/06 or somewhere around that time... that is why the 30 day some suspect is from there, not from every time they PR. I signed up 2 months ago...did anyone get an email from them yet?
