Ok... I`m not understanding this section here... could anyone shed some light.... was it not 30 days from the 12th....



Franchise Capital entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire the issued and outstanding shares of Aero Exhaust, whose mufflers are an exclusive National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) Performance product and carry the prestigious NASCAR brand on product, packaging and related media. NASCAR legend Rusty Wallace is the official spokesperson for Aero Exhaust products. The company is currently conducting its due diligence and expects to announce a definitive agreement with Aero Exhaust within the next 30 days.
