GM/NKLA - IMO GM has no downside on the deal and gets free stock. In exchange for lending credibility to NKLA. No mention of software but IMO safe to assume that GM will provide that too, at a price. So NKLA provides exterior and cabin, plus a name badge? To start around year end 2022 when Chevy's E pickup arrives next year. IMO NKLA is chronologically handicapped and not just their pickup, their whole line up.
