Mark rescinded assets of MIKP that were with VGTL which was part of the merger agreement with Strategic Health Care Alliance. Strategic Health Care Alliance was in the right to void after what Mark did there. If Mark kept MIKP's assets with VGTL, Strategic Health Care Alliance most likely IMO, would be following through with their plan. Mark has to learn to FOLLOW THROUGH WITH HIS COMMITMENTS AND QUIT BEING WISHY WASHY.
