Could be a Reverse Merger, Name Change or Buyout...Phase IV treatment and there are many things going behind the scenes...all these years to stop Now, and not file anything?..I don’t think so...takes time but if CEO states filings are coming and he is just waiting on accountants and lawyers to give the Okay, I believe him!
