Pny- we’ve known Mike and FRGI are in Mauldin since he took over in July but where do you get: 1) that they have $5 million in revenue (it is a private company) and 2) they have been talking about merging with USHI?

All of Mikes correspondence has talked about a company in medical/healthcare. He works for very big clients as a forensic accountant through FRGI as his website shows.

My instinct tells me it’s a client not his company and I haven’t seen 1 time since I’ve been here that FRGI is interested in merging or the revenues.
