So your saying its almost a 1 for 1 escrows ???

i think only 1.2 Billion did what they needed to do to get escrows shares...

so maybe we get .90 a share to 1 escrow ???? Hmmmm I'll take that too !!!

I don’t understand why 45/1? Would it be 45/3 if all 3B shares become active?
