What has held the SP of Amarin back - is 'ever endless WAITING' and the unsecurity surrounding patens trials. How bad it was to loose patents (for 8 years in USA) - Uncertainty - and Waiting - is now gone.

Time for real Action - a completely new fenomena for AMRN holders - and market.

And many points out that there is a number of ways (Supreme court - nothing to loose - but would hold generic back - to a big extent til after 2022) - so in real life what Amarin this moment have lost via appeal is realistic 4- 5 years of protection US market.

Not the end of the world :)
