Mercedes new S class claims to be first fully Level 3 capable system. My ICE suv with Mobileye package already sees stop signs and speed limit signs, for at least a year now. However, it just has detection and doesn't act on it, yet.

VW ID.3 review by German auto reviewers. Ouch. And the price point will make it tough to sell IMO. Musk had a 2 hour visit with VW CEO during his recent Germany trip and test drove ID.3 and reviewed ID.4 prototype. Perhaps he is willing to lend a hand with the software for a pound of flesh.
