2016 SEC filling by CCA, LLC, now $NDTP was my first clue.

Then the 2016 patent application by Michael W Fountain assigned to CCA, LLC in 2016. And later someone here found proof that Michael W Fountain was 10% founding shareholder of CCA, LLC in 2013.

I also found a court case where Hovis sued someone for fraud about 13(?) years ago for screwing up a patent application (attempted fraud)....long story, for trying to defraud Hovis with a bogus patent application that would have violated Professor Michael W Fountain Prior art, patents... In was in the court filings I found about 9 months ago. That told me Hovis and his Wife knew who Professor Michael W Fountain was about 13 years ago. I found other related bread crumb evidence, that pretty much shows Hovis knew/knows Fountain going back about 13 years.

CCA, LLC was formed in 2013, 7 years ago. Fountain was a co-founder of CCA, LLC, now know as NDTP.

In 2016 Fountain wrote and published a 2016 patent application, that dated back to a years early provisional patent application that was not published (but the priority date was used...) that was assigned to CCA, LLC, Now $NDTP.

Fountain is also well known at UPennMed going way back to the 2007 (and even 2000, at the Liposome Company, where he was a major inventor, at a firm that sold 20 years ago for billions) and in 2010, Fountain was in the middle of cutting edge BBB Blood Brain Barrier crossing Nutraceutical research the NIH and Vets Admin funded with every swinging tom-dick and-harry Professor department head at the University of South Florida in 2010 being a part of it all... That 2010 paper was the breaking story for me.

Then in 2013,
Mathias/Carlyle Group and UPennMed, Yarbough/Cision, Larry Kubin/Donnelley Financial Solutions, James B Hovis as the Managing Director of CCA, LLC which is now $NDTP, and Michael W Fountain founded CCA, LLC in 2013 with a JV R&D deal in 2013, using the completed 2010 Univ of So. Florida research. (I actually spend over 300 hours going through 20 years of patents and research papers (500,000 pages apx), and researching who knew who, who was a student of Michael W Fountain 20 years ago that is now at UPennMed.... connecting every damn dot I could find, LOL)
