What gives me a little confidence in that buyout rumor is that the price of 13-20 USD is not completely delusional. Assuming a BP could grow the US market to 0.5 bln USD in the US ad infinitum would give us a PV of roughly 5 Bln USD for the US business. Add the same for EU and RoW and we are talking 10 Bln in total - which would bring us to the upper side of the price range. Add some discount to get a deal, and meet at 15 USD. I'd take this immediately.
