Nancy Norton also referred to a "team of executives" in a company authorized pr. "Executives" would have to be employees, right? Costello saying Hockenstein is a "vital employee" and a part of the "management team" in a "company authorized" pr, then stating to the SEC that the company has one employee (Costello) and no operations is my point. Especially when his "vital employee" statement makes it appear that GRN Holding is in operation and making money ("continued success").
Mr. Hockenstein stated: “GRN Holding Corporation is experiencing accelerated growth in a burgeoning industry and I am eager to bring my leadership and operations experience to help further the company’s continued success.”
It's not nitpicking when the company cautions us to only rely on SEC filings and company authorized press releases, and the information given out via those two sources is conflicting.
