Justin Costello called Hockenstein a "vital employee."

“Prior to his role as Vice President at GRN Holdings, Mr. Hockenstein founded and operated multiple recreational cannabis and industrial hemp organizations. VPs are not always considered officers, directors or otherwise significant. Or, the position may not be official until the shell is filled.



I disagree that a "vital employee" of a "management team" is not significant. And Hockenstein talked like the shell was already filled:
