Going forward (I am assuming for the sake of discussion, both are active) -L and Direct will have to be at least given with an anti-PD(L)-1. So this will increase costs and toxicities.

Read the paper where LL and team basically prove PDL1 is actually inefficient by itself and also doesnt do anything when used in conjunction with DC. They also prove DC alone is amazing on its own.
