I believe it was Kurabayashi evidence that was altered, with the finding that the increase in APO B was statistically non-significant, being eliminated from the table, which was analyzing Kurabayashi evidence....The judges asked NO questions about this...The judges either had not read the briefs or were uninterested in this "error".
