What about a partnership by a major BP with a material value investment? Would serious money then come into play? Would MM's still be able to manipulate and control the price/share? TIA.

I don't agree. While there is a lot of truth too your view point, I think you take it too far. The MMs do have a lot of power, but when the buying is not just from a few retailers in the know who follow the stock then that is a volume they can control. If however the buying is coming in from the broad public just waking up to a good thing they just found out about, it will be beyond the MMs to control. Because the buying just keeps on coming, it does not peter out after say a morning of heavy volume buying that peters out in the afternoon when the MMs take control and walk it back down. This morning, and yesterday was an example of this. However, I hope that when TLD is announced and the broad investing public becomes aware of this gem, the volume will be heavy and non-stop and beyond the control of the MMs even on the OTC. I hope that perhaps the DL announcement should it come say on Tuesday morning, might attract enough general attention as well. We will see
