Maybe you’re right. But, the wrong hands could be worse than Thero (believe it or not!) There are all kinds of ways management can f*ck up a company if the motivation is there to do so. I don’t think Thero wants to lose his cash cow. There is motivation on his part to get this sorted out. He needs to take advice from people smarter and who have a bigger, clearer picture of all the permutations. I get the impression that Thero gets on a trajectory and it is hard for him to deviate from it because he is certain it will succeed. He needs a devil’s advocate who has his ear and can present all possible outcomes and plan for each one. That he does not appear to be doing this is his worst flaw. He also needs a better spokesperson.
