Well, I did use the words “at least”. Actually I was responding to Montana I believe and his question whether we could get $6 or $7.
The difficult part is figuring out a valuation, and hoping that JT doesn’t do anything stupid to jeopardize a potential deal. Have to first estimate potential EU sales and then ultimately what a buyer might be willing to ante up. They are going to want to make money on the deal now know that Amarin is between a rock and a hard place.
I do agree with you that if I thought that $7 was the max potential here, it would be pointless to wait for that and there would be other opportunities that could be more fruitful. What is troubling to me is how few investment houses have modeled EU sales into an Amarin valuation. Or, if they have, it is peanuts.
But we have to remember that if it was so patently obvious that Amarin is worth $15 - $20 a share, we wouldn’t be sitting at 4 and change.
