Maybe JT could announce that he hired an investment banking firm to
explore alternatives including a sale of the company. According to JT
in a year or two, Europe will have over 100 million people with CVD.

The Evaporate Trial may help to explain why it is important to stay on
Vascepa for as long as possible or to start it as early as possible
because the longer one is on it the greater the reduction of plaque.
Imagine using that fact to get doctors familiar with Vascepa. Each
1% of that 100 million people in Europe with CVD should bring in at
least $1 billion. Only 2% of the market there should justify a BO
value of $9 billion. Divide that by 415 million fully diluted shares
and it comes out to $21.68 a share. In reality BP would end up doing
far more than $2 billion based on Europe alone.

What is the value for COVID-19, for our agreement with Edingpharm for
China. (Massive market potential.) Our agreement calls for AMRN
to provide the drug or the raw material. A BP should like that!
Canada is all set! What about all the rest of the world? CVD
continues to be the worlds biggest killer and AMRN has a proven
therapy! Our market cap is UNDER $2 billion...INSANE!

Absolutely right Montana. Whether or not JT is replaced the best way forward to salvage something out of this is an outright sale for the entirety of the company. If the acquirer can be convinced of peak EU sales of 3 billion a year, an deal could be offered that should be at least $7 a share. Now, need the CEO to get this done and not refuse any sensible offer. His dreams - like ours - are done.

They have to prove they can execute in the EU..plain and simple....while some wIt for that to happen the stock will head lower...So much for JT looking after shareholder value....he should disclose the settlements that were talked about...what has a passing thought in Oct./Nov turned out to be the event that sunk the US..the company like everybody thought the trial was an invincible positive outcome...JT thought that and did not settle...more than likely Teva or nothing...if it's never released untill the day I die or forget everything I will always be 100 % certain AMRN could of settled for 6months under the Teva settlement...

The damage is done any hopes for US are miniscule....AMRN should scuttle the adds and get rid of the sales force...conserve cash as they will need every bit of the 600M to execute properly in EU ...which is a big IF

Management should take severe pay cuts and get rid of stock grants and options..or fire the lot and bring in a fresh team...they have overstayed the welcome mat....this co is a mere she'll of what it's potential was...it would be absurd for management to get paid anything like before.

The best for everybody is to sell the CO...for 8 dollars plus and let somebody way more competent run what's left of Vascepa.

The tragedy of losing the grip of this Company which would have been peanuts compared to the sp and tens of billions of sales and usa future indications will be cut wretching for All retail investors and the lives lost is sickening.

The best drug of this century can't overcome incompetence at the highest level...the BOD were asleep counting the sure money they had coming over the next 10years.

This wiil go down in the history of business as a top ten screw up.

This will not halt innovation one iota as this turned out to a company with a lot of holes in their IP...4 judges have said there peace...as in sports you have lost and must be accepted whether it's liked or not.

And it's not just JT's screwing Vascepa but all the individual stories that have been huge Vascepa fans for many years and knowing the potential it gave hope for great things for a lot of peoples retirements and the millions who will never know what the could have had.
