Very true
This system is either/both inept and/or corrupt. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark....

MontanaState83....

One can certainly surmise this to be true. There have been and currently are dark forces manipulating this company. This ruling solidified that in my mind. The question is can Amarin leverage what it has right now, including its potential outside of the US to bring real value to the shareholders?
To be honest, I am shocked by the ruling. More importantly I’m (no words to describe) at the behavior of the the three judges. How could they ignore the Singer brief? Why not ask about cropping the table? So many other relevant questions could have been asked.
In my view this panel ignored the law in order serve their own ideology. Our own court system is putting the screws to its citizens.

I’m sure Amarin had considered this outcome and has a plan or next step in place. The harsh reality? We will not see what should have been the true value of this drug. I do still believe there will be a good outcome, however, nothing close to what it should have been.

Be well

Well said. I bought and own Vascepa, unfortunately I had to buy Amarin to get it. And Amarin seems like a piñata everyone is taking a whack at and successfully. I don’t know if JZ pissed off the powers that be or there is some other explanation but all the set backs from so many directions defy explanation. Bad karma is our constant companion.
