Would be interesting to know if any listed company does this, otherwise, it would work as a typical pink sheet strategy. "Let them do it. Go ask them if they got the approvals. We know nothing."!

Lastly, hard to keep track with all the ranting PR's, but there was mention of a "distributor" that had one of DECN's corporate names in it. Unless the bozo specifically says otherwise, I am going to assume that DECN's subsidiary is the distributor. IF that is the case, you got yourself a typical pink sheet scam, where the company orders from itself! Kind of funny, but I doubt a single shareholder would have a problem with it.

I dare a single shareholder to post here, "this would be bad news if they are indeed taking orders from their own subsidiary distributor". Anyone?

What other company requires their distributors to get the licensed regulation for someone elses device? Who in the hell would do that? This just seems like a rediculous business model

Your opinions not withstanding, everyone does it this way. What seems more logical, a small U.S. company seeking a registration from 10,000 miles away, or a local distributor and partner with its own group of registered medical devices seeking the establishment approval.
