really, can you provide some examples. I know pharma companies tend to partner with other pharma companies in respective jurisdictions sometimes in order to take advantage of their expertise with the localized regulatory agency. But, that usually involves some type of royalty or partner relationship. That is a far cry from a straight up distributor relationship where some unknown company buys 50k units and performs testing and or submits testing with all required paperwork to the regulatory agency.

The assumption is the the distributor is local. That is an assumption! Can you prove it? Could it be merely a subsidiary distribution company that is owned by Berman/DECN? Show us the info on exactly who the distributor is. You like asking for proof, here is an oppurtunity for you to do so yourself!

or a local distributor and partner with its own group of registered medical devices seeking the establishment approval.
