I agree! I posted on here before how investors could sue in NY small claims with a $5,000 statutory max and no need for legal representation as it is more informal being a "People's Court" type of setting that also doesn't drag out more than a few months. It can be an easy win because of the Corporate law in NY regarding an improperly registered corporate entity along with the proofs needed. Twitter, false PR, partnerships, telling buyers to buy, Tweeting clowns are selling at .0002 after the RS announced, and such. Good luck!
