I'm thinking that the SEC Social Media Enforcement hasn't been sitting doing nothing after all and after they cancel these fraudulent stock tickers I can see them opening the sealed indictments on the Johnny Falcones type. Comcast had to complain about the scamming manipulator for fishing at them as a totally unqualified reseller of their platform just so Johnny could fake an 8-k and then acted like the deal is done when Comcast is ready even though he had no intention to pay and qualify OTTV as a TV network, imo.
If nothing else canceling true OTTV pos can lead to criminal complaints which law enforcement is seeking first many times before acting on fraudulent Johnny and Soleil J's.
