How to value when missing 2 quarters' financials?

KWBT is undervalued.

And I'm not sure what timeframe you're referring to here?

PPS fell with broad market

"broad market" been marching higher for months obviously.

I'm not here to rehash the 2-consecutive quarters of DELINQUENT FINANCIALS, but WHY would you claim to know KWBT's value when you don't have ANY AUDITED INFO?

Fine - KWBT has PR'd that business is good.

They've also just PR'd that there is a very real cash-flow problem and NEW INVESTORS ARE INVOLVED. KWBT has to convince them to get involved, and they'll have to price the deal aggressively imo to make it attractive to the new investors.

These new investors WILL BE ISSUED SHARES in some form, immediately or over time, and they are going to have a degree of control.

Will it be good or bad for KWBT PPS? Who knows? Let's see the details of a done deal, because until that happens it's hopes and dreams.

Or smoke and mirrors.
