SCAMydx has NEVER disclosed what it is doing!

SCAMydx has made false narratives of products and release dates, only manufactured to sell scam stock.

SCAMydx has reported financials to the SEC, that multiple accounting firms have reported and confirmed SCAMydx did not have appropriate fiduciary controls and practices in place to support.

There is a HUGE difference between actual disclosure vs. meeting minimum financial reporting guidelines to enable/maintain a stock listing.

1 key point glazed over, Yazbeck did not sign as CEO/CFO...he signed as Interim CEO/CFO. So, once he signed those documents and filed, he vacated the Interim role.

Ghost riding longs funds, straight into his own wallet.


Yazbeck gave up the CEO role when he got hammered by the courts from both a divorce and counter suit from Peatross. That's when he paid his buddies doorMatt and Mr. Scammabus to be the fall guys as CEO and CFO for a few months. Then they quit.

So yeah, this thing has been DOA since Q4'2018...almost 2 years now.

But it appears paid promoters for internet forums were still getting paid and likely had contracts that ran through the beginning of August 2020. The drop-off in advertising on internet forums has confirmed that.
