Agree. JT has to focus on conserving cash on hand until actual written court decision and really focus on building out infrastructure in the EU for the launch there Kiwi
I've held through all of this, but am feeling gutted by this mornings proceedings. I can't see selling at current prices, but looking to get out when appropriate. Never act when panic in the air.
If I was a salesman in the US I would be very nervous about my job.
About the only thing I think we can hope for is a quick sell for the value of Eurpe and a CVR if we somehow win the appeal.
