Addition of unrestricted shares could be for the fact that company wants to sell some shares to raise money for PMTA application. That's why we see pressure on price these days. Company could be silently selling for last few months. But, we can definitely see uptick in prices post PMTA application confirmation. I am expecting uptick around 9th September.
