Downtg@ In the end it might be not the worst mix of judges (dmiller is positive).

Danger in 3 predicted positive - would be 'just as unsecure' - as I suspect that the individual judge - do not want these 'signs of 'Biased' on their back - but rather want to be seen as 'being just in every case' they are selected for.

We simply have to believe in US Legal System - will come out and secure justice in the end' - independent of 'who are the CAFC judges.
